Paul Bonderson Building HVAC AHU Renovation & VAV Controls
Renovation of the rooftop air handling units serving the four-story, 160,381-square-foot Paul Bonderson Building for the California Department of General Services. The work replaced supply and return fans, dampers, actuators and variable-frequency drives, repaired unit housings, and extended the building's controls to the renovated units, all within an occupied state office building.
